The CTJGA announces the first Father / Son Championship to be played at Woodlake Country Club where Texas legend Ben Crenshaw won his first PGA Tour event. Woodlake is owned and operated by long time friend of junior golf, John Clay, and is in spectacular shape.

The format for the Father / Son is a two-man "shamble". Each player will hit a tee shot. The team will go to the best tee shot and from there will play the rest of the hole as individuals. There will be two divisions; a scratch division and a handicap division. The team's total score is what counts. In the handicap division each team will be given a handicap index based on your entry information. No sandbaggers please!

There will be a stroke limit and there will be yardage allowances for different age groups.

Please enter on line right now by clicking the link below. Fill in a reservation for two players. In the notes, put down your handicaps. If you are playing scratch, please note that. The CTJGA reserves the right to place known good players in scratch because that is where you should play.
